Mechanical Parts

Finished probe uses 2x of the ring cover STL and 1x of the tip cover. Bottom PCB cover is held in place with 4x M3-16 threaded standoffs. Top PCB cover is held in place with 2x 5mm OD 4mm long unthreaded standoffs.

Flux Concentrator

Fair-Rite 5943001301 core with a nominal gap of 8.25mm and parallel faces. Ring cover held into place with 3x 0.122" hole size plastic rivets, McMaster-Carr P/N 91020A120
