e578b9052d Improve a lot of the README contents. 
* Reworked the initial paragraph.

 * Added an FAQ section.

 * Added explanation about links between nextpnr and other projects.

 * Added SymbioticEDA's relationship to the project.

The README is now explicitly create about the fact that **next** refers
to being after Arachne-PNR by repeating the fact multiple times.
