71dde7ea49 FDTD: reformat code of update equations. 
The original update equations in the FDTD engine have extremely
long lines and are difficult to read and work with. This patch
inserts line breaks, it aligns all array indexes by x/y/z
coordinates to make it easy to visually compare.

183ea9f776 Operator: replacement for GetOriginalNumLines + use full or simple mesh for snapping 
Note: these are a lot and dangerous changes --> require a lot of testing

5e904b112c write H-field excitation into file "ht" 
If we have a separate signal for H-field excitation, we need to dump it.
The question is, do we really need a separate Signal?

f762214eae split excitation from operator 
The excitation variables and functions are separated into a class Excitation.
This allows completely different operator implementations (e.g. TLM) to use the excitations functions without deriving from class Operator.
