fmcomms2: Add support for a10soc Because fmcomms2 was not supported on a Intel carriers the fmcomms2_qsys.tcl file got outdated. The arradio project has the same hdl design. Hence the update is merely a copy of the arradio_qsys.tcl with small changes.
