axi_ad9434: Fix bad parameter definition
Assigning the value of a local parameter(localparam) to a parameter will end up with a conflict(not highlighted by the tool). In this case, the parameter type was defined as a string instead of an integer. Furthermore, this scenario leads to an undesired choice between primitive types.main
