Rename "IBI auto" to "IBI listen": * Clarify that the controller is listening for IBI's: * Explain that this field should be set. * Fix for known IBI's DA with IBI disabled. Jorge Marques	e646e61ce4	i3c_controller: Add I3C Controller IP ... Add I3C Controller IP with required I3C features support. Uses IRQ based DAA. Supports speeds at 100MHz clk: 12.50MHz, 6.25MHz, 3.12MHz, 1.56MHz Basic IBI support with/without MDB. Compatible with AMD Xilinx and Altera FPGAs.
