library: Sort Makefile
...
Sort the entries in the library Makefile alphabetical. Keeping it ordered
makes it easier to track changes compared to randomly reshuffling it
every time a new entry is added.

have any license, it was added into it. Files, which were generated by
a tool (like Matlab) or were took over from other source (like opencores.org),
were unchanged.
