Laszlo Nagy 0f2a1e7602 ad5758_sdz: Initial commit 
Initial version of AD5758 SDZ evaluation board support on ZedBoard.
No critical warnings in the Vivado log.
Bitstream generation passing.
Bring-up on actual board not done.
